Job summary

Soho House Manchester is seeking a Runner to support front-of-house and kitchen teams, delivering food and drinks swiftly and keeping service areas pristine. You will act as the link between kitchen, bar and floor to ensure a seamless dining experience for members.

The ideal candidate has 2–3 years in fine dining, strong wine knowledge and excellent teamwork. We offer training, competitive pay, staff discounts and wellbeing benefits.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years in a high-end dining environment.
• Strong knowledge of wine service and beverages.
• Proficient with POS systems and reservations software.

Responsibilities

• Deliver food and drinks quickly from kitchen/bar to members.
• Maintain a spotless, organized service area.
• Assist waiting staff and support the dining team.
• Develop relationships with members to provide personalized service.
• Polish cutlery and prep table settings for service.
• Attend daily briefings and participate in tastings.
