Job summary

The Cruise Globe Agency in the United Kingdom is recruiting a seasoned Cruise Advisor to handle high-intent inquiries from our platform and Emma Cruises' audience. You’ll guide customers end to end, from first contact to a completed, well-serviced booking, while building relationships and maintaining CRMs.

You will report to the Head of UK Agency and collaborate with a sales team to optimize pre-cruise admin and post-booking service.

Qualifications

• Deep cruise specialization with 3+ years direct cruise experience.
• Proven track record of personal cruise sales and referrals.
• Strong CRM discipline and ability to manage pipelines.

Responsibilities

• Advise and close high-intent cruise bookings end to end.
• Design itineraries, quotes, and cross-sell flights/hotels/transfers.
• Maintain accurate CRM records and nurture guest relationships.
• Work remotely within UK time zones and meet targets.
