Career Choices Dewis Gyrfa Ltd is seeking a motivated Car Sales Executive for a role based in Malvern, with a mid-year relocation to a modern, multi-franchise dealership in Worcester. The position offers an OTE £50,000+ and a competitive basic salary, plus a company car and pension.

You will be selling across a broad stock range and driving finance options with strong earning potential. Ideal candidates will have a minimum of five years in new and used car sales, a proven track record of meeting

Qualifications

• Minimum five years in new and used car sales.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets as a Car Sales Executive.
• Strong customer service standards and knowledge of manufacturer guidelines.
• Experience with Motability and F&I products is desirable but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Engage with customers by phone, email, and in person to identify needs.
• Guide customers through the full car buying journey from enquiry to sale and aftersales.
• Arrange and accompany test drives to support the sales process.
• Negotiate vehicle deals and secure finance options per company standards.
• Present and sell Finance & Insurance products effectively.
• Complete all sales documentation accurately and promptly.
• Build long-term relationships for repeat business.
• Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Collaborate with colleagues to ensure a seamless customer experience.
