Job summary

Genesis AI is a cutting-edge physical AI research lab and full-stack robotics company in London. We are hiring researchers, software engineers, and robotics engineers to build a universal robotics foundation model and shape our hiring playbook for years to come.

You will own end-to-end recruitment for senior roles, partner with founders and tech leaders, and build scalable sourcing pipelines while optimizing for speed, quality, and a human touch.

Qualifications

• You've closed senior, hard-to-win technical hires in engineering, AI/ML, or research, in a competitive market, full-360.
• You can talk credibly with technical stakeholders and earn trust from skeptical recruiters.
• You think in systems and automation: you'd rather build a workflow (or an AI-assisted one) than repeat tasks.
• You're a self-starter who brings structure to ambiguity and moves fast without sacrificing quality.
• You read data well, including pipeline health, conversion, and where searches stall.

Responsibilities

• Closing elite technical talent with full-cycle ownership from strategy through offer close for candidates not on the market.
• Being the recruiters' advisor to founders and engineering/research leaders, shaping the search and calibrating the bar.
• Sourcing where top talent actually are: papers, GitHub, conferences, communities, networks, not just job boards.
• Running a candidate process that is fast, human, and highly rated by candidates.
• Building scalable sourcing, screening, and reporting in Ashby, and automating the parts that don't require a human.
