Job summary

Otis is seeking a Technical Surveyor to support the sales team with technical pricing and tender reviews. You will conduct comprehensive site surveys, document operating parameters, and coordinate with project teams to ensure complete lift solutions before job starts.

You will also help the estimating team refine pricing for future modernization projects. The role requires strong knowledge of lifts, CAD capability, and willingness to cover extended areas.

Qualifications

Working knowledge of lifts and escalators.
NVQ3 in lift engineering is advantageous.
Ability to interpret layout and wiring diagrams.
Strong computer literacy and technical understanding.

Responsibilities

Carrying out full site surveys of existing equipment and recording operating parameters for accurate proposals.
Performing ordering surveys and raising purchase requisitions with local suppliers.
Collaborating with local project teams and field engineers to ensure complete site solutions.
Reviewing proposed solutions for accuracy to support robust modernization delivery.
