OTIS LIMITED in Manchester is seeking a Lift Modernization Engineer to join our North West team. The role focuses on modernizing lifts, delivering high quality installations and on-site customer liaison.

You should have an NVQ3 in lifts, a valid driver's license, and strong electrical and mechanical skills. Expect some overnight stays and travel as required, with comprehensive training and a commitment to safety.

Qualifications

• NVQ3 in elevators or equivalent qualification.
• Have knowledge of elevator equipment and installation principles.
• Hold a valid driver’s license and be able to read plans.

Responsibilities

• Work on elevators with quality and efficiency.
• Stay away overnight as required.
• Liaise directly with the customer on site to build a good working relationship.
• Conduct inspections before and after installation to ensure safety and high standards.
