Job summary

OTIS LIMITED is seeking an installation engineer to join our team. You will install new elevators with a focus on safety and quality, liaise with customers on-site, and conduct pre- and post-installation inspections to ensure compliance and reliability.

The role requires NVQ3 level elevator installation experience, a valid driver's license, and at least 6 months in elevator-related work, with an emphasis on electrical and mechanical skills and plan-reading ability.

Qualifications

Qualified mechanic with knowledge of elevator equipment and installation principles.
NVQ3 level in elevator installation is required.
Valid driver’s license and ability to work on-site installation.

Responsibilities

Install new elevators with quality and efficiency.
Work safely according to Environmental Health & Safety guidelines.
Stay away overnight as required.
Liaise with customers on site to build good working relationships.
Conduct inspections before and after installation to ensure high quality and safety.
