The Horse & Groom in Hare Hatch is recruiting a Sous Chef to lead kitchen operations and collaborate with the Head Chef to maintain high standards of food quality, presentation and service. Qualifications

• Previous experience in catering and hospitality in a restaurant, gastro pub or hotel at junior sous, sous or kitchen manager level is essential.
