Job summary

Four Seasons Hotel London at Tower Bridge is seeking a Casual Kitchen Porter to support Back of House operations with cleaning, sanitation and waste management. You will work alongside Culinary and Food & Beverage teams to maintain high standards in a busy luxury kitchen.

Flexibility is essential for casual shifts under a zero-hour contract. Right to Work in the UK is required, and prior Kitchen Porter experience is helpful but not mandatory.

Qualifications

• Right to Work in the UK required.
• Previous Kitchen Porter or hospitality experience is beneficial but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Clean and sanitise china, glassware, cutlery, and kitchen equipment using commercial dishwashing equipment
• Clean and sanitise pots, pans, utensils, and cooking equipment
• Maintain the cleanliness and sanitation of all kitchen and food preparation areas
• Support the hotel's silver polishing programme
• Assist with waste management and recycling initiatives
• Handle cleaning chemicals and equipment safely and responsibly
• Maintain high hygiene standards in line with food safety regulations
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team
• Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting, pushing, and pulling up to 30kg
