Novotel London Blackfriars is seeking a full-time Kitchen Porter to join our busy kitchen team. You must be flexible and available to work weekdays, mornings, evenings and weekends as required.

You will keep kitchens clean, assist with equipment handling, and follow health and safety regulations in a fast-paced hotel environment. • Keep kitchens clean and tidy per health regulations.
• Count, sort and prepare operating equipment as required.
• Handle chemicals and equipment safely per manufacturer instructions.
• Clean and hygienically store crockery, cutlery and glassware.
• Follow cleaning rosters and deep-clean floors, walls and equipment.
• Contribute to cost control through energy and water conservation.
• Dispose of rubbish correctly per shift.
• Assist in removal of dry and wet waste using hygienic methods.
• Receive, check and store deliveries.
• Clean staff canteen and loading bay.
