Job summary

Selfridges is seeking a 40 Duke Concierge Consultant to deliver an elevated client journey by blending Front of House reception with concierge-level service at our Duke location. You will be a central contact for clients, partners and internal teams, ensuring seamless service delivery and personalised experiences.

Responsibilities

• Deliver a warm, genuine welcome to clients and guests, including high-profile visits.
• Manage client check-ins and act as a proactive contact for enquiries, in person and remotely.
• Coordinate Personal Shopping bookings and manage appointment calendars.
• Handle shared inboxes and phone calls; respond to enquiries promptly.
• Support reservations for F&B and collaborate with operators to ensure seamless journeys.
• Assist events team with guest confirmations and on-the-day support.
• Maintain opening/closing checklists, trackers and contribute to end-of-day reporting.
