Job summary

Selfridges is seeking a Club Maître D' for 40 Duke to lead luxury front-of-house experiences on the shop floor. You will welcome clients with warmth, manage guests across Personal Shopping, Members' Club, restaurants and events, and build lasting relationships with UHNW and VIP clients.

The role requires confident leadership on the floor, exceptional service standards, and a proactive approach to delivering a seamless, five-star client journey within a busy luxury environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in luxury hospitality or client experience.
• Strong leadership and presence on the floor.
• Ability to engage with UHNW and high-profile clients.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Act as the face and heartbeat of 40 Duke, welcoming every client.
• Oversee floor flow and guest experience across services.
• Host and build relationships with UHNW and key clients.
• Ensure five-star hospitality, discretion and service excellence.
• Coordinate with Front-of-House teams to deliver seamless journeys.
