Job summary

Oho Group is seeking an experienced Test Team Lead to guide a specialist engineering team responsible for verification, testing and automation of complex electronic products in the United Kingdom. This hands-on leadership role combines technical ownership with people management and delivery excellence.

You will define verification strategies, drive automated test solutions in Python and work closely with Design, Systems, Manufacturing and Quality teams to ensure high-quality product delivery.

Qualifications

• Experience leading technical engineering teams.
• Strong electronics and/or RF test and verification experience.
• Experience developing automated test solutions using Python.
• Familiarity with industry-standard electronic and RF test equipment.
• Strong problem-solving, communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of electronics and test engineers.
• Define verification strategies, test plans and coverage.
• Drive the development of automated test solutions using Python.
• Lead technical investigations and root-cause analysis.
• Oversee verification, validation, characterisation and regression testing.
• Manage resources, priorities and technical risks.
• Work closely with Design, Systems, Manufacturing and Quality teams.
• Provide technical leadership, coaching and mentoring.
