Job summary

Sepura is recruiting an Electronics Test & Automation Team Leader to guide a team responsible for verification, characterisation, automation and investigation of electronic subsystems and products across TETRA, LTE and future technologies. The role is hands-on leadership with responsibility for test coverage, automation strategy and technical excellence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor level degree in Electronic Engineering or related discipline.
• Significant experience leading technical engineering teams.
• Experience developing automated test solutions using Python.
• Strong RF and Baseband verification experience.

Responsibilities

• Define Electronics Verification Strategy for RF and Baseband subsystems.
• Lead and develop a team of test and automation engineers.
• Define roadmap for automation growth and implement Python-based frameworks.
• Lead verification activities for RF Subsystems, Baseband Subsystems, and products.
• Drive investigations, root-cause analysis and DoE collaborations.
• Manage test plans, progress reviews and product readiness.
