Zusammenfassung

MBDA is seeking an Electronics Manufacturing Test Engineer to join the Circuit Card Assembly team. You will diagnose faults on PCB assemblies to component level, identify root causes, and support corrective actions to improve production yield and meet programme targets.

You will work with a small team in a fast-paced but friendly environment, contributing to missile systems development and production while using both manual and automated test equipment.

Qualifikationen

• Formal technical Apprenticeship to NVQ Level 3/TR23/TR21 or equivalent.
• Further education certificate to Level 4 (HNC or equivalent).
• Alternatively a BEng/BSc in Engineering/Technical Degree.
• Strong electronics test, diagnosis and measurement knowledge.
• Experience interpreting schematics and test documentation.
• Hands-on test equipment experience in high-reliability environments.
• Familiarity with SAP, MES and PLM for test logging and reports.
• RF circuitry experience is desirable but not essential.

• Perform fault diagnosis down to component level on PCB assemblies.
• Generate test specifications and operator instructions.
• Collaborate with Manufacturing, Quality, Process, and Design teams.
• Provide input during design and development through Production Readiness.
