Job summary

Copello Global is partnering with a defence-focused organisation in Swindon to recruit PCB & Wiring Harness Technicians. You will manufacture and assemble PCBs and wiring harnesses, read drawings, assemble components and test hardware with precision.

The role requires hands-on experience with test equipment like oscilloscopes and multimeters, ability to fault-find, and strong teamwork within a multidisciplinary team. Salary up to £40,000 DOE, on-site in Swindon.

Qualifications

• A professional or higher technical qualification in Electronics, Mechatronics, Electrotechnics or related discipline.
• Experience in electronics manufacturing or a hands-on role.
• Experience using oscilloscopes, multimeters and other test equipment.
• Ability to read PCB drawings and schematics.
• Basic knowledge of PCB manufacturing and assembly processes.

Responsibilities

• Manufacture and assemble PCBs and wiring harnesses.
• Read and interpret PCB drawings, schematics and technical documentation.
• Assemble and solder electronic components.

You'll play an important hands‑on role in delivering reliable, high-performance technology.

What you’ll do

• Manufacture and assemble PCBs and wiring harnesses.

What we’re looking for

You’ll ideally have:
