Job summary

TXO Group is seeking an experienced Repair Operations professional to test, diagnose and repair electrical hardware in a fast-paced workshop environment. You will support new product introductions, work with customers, and ensure quality and timely delivery of repaired equipment.

Key responsibilities include testing to specifications, maintaining accurate records, and mentoring junior engineers. A strong focus on safety, process improvement, and meeting client SLAs is essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in testing, diagnosing and repairing electronic hardware.
• Ability to follow specifications and procedures accurately.
• Hands-on repair capability in a workshop environment.

Responsibilities

• Test and repair customer equipment to client requirements.
• Document test procedures and act as SME for equipment and parts.
• Train other engineers and ensure smooth handover of developments.
• Maintain stock control and prepare dispatch documentation.
• Support continuous improvement of repair projects and capabilities.
