MBDA is seeking an aspiring Project Manager to begin a career in electronics project management in Stevenage. You will learn from experienced Project Managers and progressively take on your own projects with training and support to grow into an Engineering Project Manager role.

Salary is up to £41,000 depending on experience. Hybrid working is available with a mix of on-site and remote days, and the role can be full-time or part-time (4 or 5 days a week).

• Clear communication is important for coordinating across teams and stakeholders.
• Experience in an engineering environment supports project delivery.
• Project management basics and Excel help manage schedules and data.
• Primavera P6 knowledge will be taught if needed.

Responsabilidades

• Help our project teams deliver on time, on budget and to quality.
• Support project delivery, bids and supply chain management.
• Shadow experienced Project Managers and learn from the teams around you.
• Represent Electronics Engineering in outreach and women-in-engineering events, if you’d like to.
