MBDA UK in Stevenage is seeking a proactive project management assistant early in career to join our Electronics Engineering team. You’ll learn from experienced project managers, help teams deliver on time and on budget, and gain exposure to bids, supply chain, and cross-functional collaboration.

You don’t need every box checked; a technical degree (ideally electronics) or equivalent experience, plus a willingness to learn, clear communication, and a compatible mindset will help you succeed in a

• Technical degree (ideally electronics) or equivalent experience.
• Exposure to electronic engineering or product development.
• Experience working in an engineering environment.
• Project management basics, confident Excel skills, and Primavera P6 knowledge.
• Clear communication and the ability to bring people with you.

Responsabilidades

• Help our project teams deliver on time, on budget and to quality.
• Support project delivery, bids and supply chain management.
• Shadow experienced Project Managers and learn from the teams around you.
• Represent Electronics Engineering in outreach and women-in-engineering events, if you’d like to.
