Qualifications
- Relevant years’ experience in a Production Management, Manufacturing Engineering or Manufacturing Operations related role.
- Qualified to Degree or Diploma level in a Manufacturing Engineering or Manufacturing Operations related discipline.
Responsibilities
- Control Account Manager (CAM) for the Manufacturing function.
- Control of touch labour Hours Per Unit, and other manufacturing budgets.
- Development and execution of production plans to achieve customer on-time delivery.
- Management of high mix, and frequently changing priorities using Lean Manufacturing concepts.
- Employee Performance Development.
- Ownership of all safety procedures.
- Driver of process and quality improvements utilising RTX CORE.
