Job summary

Vickerstock, in partnership with a leading electronic manufacturing company in Belfast, is recruiting a Production Supervisor to lead a team of Electronic Assembly & Test Technicians in a fast-paced, quality-driven environment.

You will oversee daily production targets, manage workflow, provide coaching and drive continuous improvement while ensuring adherence to SOPs and quality standards. The role offers clear progression and a collaborative team culture.

Qualifications

• Experience supervising or leading a team in electronics manufacturing.
• Strong understanding of electronic assembly and test processes.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and documentation.
• Experience with fault finding and supporting technical teams.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and lead a team of electronic assembly and test technicians.
• Ensure daily production targets are achieved in line with quality and delivery requirements.
• Monitor workflow, allocate tasks, and drive productivity across the production floor.
• Support fault finding and technical problem-solving where required.
• Ensure all work is carried out in line with SOPs and company procedures.
• Maintain and enforce strict quality standards and protocols.
• Provide training, coaching, and performance management to team members.
• Liaise with engineering, quality, and management teams to resolve production issues.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives across the production process.
