Job summary

Teledyne e2v’s RF Power business invites a proactive procurement professional to lead subcontractor performance and supplier readiness across two PCBA system integration projects, from concept through to stable production. You will operate in a high-mix, low-volume manufacturing environment, championing early design engagement and industrialisation to minimise risks and ensure on-time delivery.

Qualifications

• Significant experience in procurement, subcontract management, or supply chain in technical environments.
• Experience supporting NPI and supplier engagement from design to production.
• Knowledge of supplier readiness, qualification, regulatory, environmental, and quality standards.
• Proven ability to manage supplier performance and drive recovery in challenging delivery.
• Experience in complex, low-volume, high-mix manufacturing environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead supplier selection ensuring capability and maturity alignment to programme phase.
• Own end-to-end delivery performance of subcontractors against milestones, cost and quality.
• Develop supplier delivery plans and manage risks and constraints.
• Drive recovery planning for underperforming suppliers.
