Job summary

Halma p.l.c is looking for a Manufacturing Engineer in Hitchin. Qualifications

• All-round manufacturing engineering background with a strong electronics bias.
• Experience managing change and leading structured problem-solving activities.
• Knowledge and experience of working with PCBA’s and test data analysis tools.

Responsibilities

• Assess current processes and identify projects for improvement.
• Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
• Coach manufacturing teams and lead NPI activities.
