Responsibilities

• Lead continuous improvement projects and coach manufacturing teams.
• Monitor test failures and drive countermeasures.

Skills

All-round manufacturing engineering background with a strong electronics bias

Ability to lead structured problem-solving activities

Knowledge and experience of working with PCBA’s

Experience with LabVIEW and Test-Stand software

Excellent interpersonal skills

Ability to manage multiple projects
