FFE Ltd in Hitchin seeks a manufacturing engineer with a strong electronics background to drive productivity and product quality. You will lead CI initiatives, support manufacturing teams with technical guidance, and manage NPI activities for new products and processes while coordinating with PCBA suppliers and internal stakeholders.

You will develop testing equipment, update test specs, and produce clear reports.

Formación

• All-round manufacturing engineering background with a strong electronics bias.
• Experience managing change and leading structured problem-solving activities.
• Experience working with PCBA and updating test software/speсs.
• Ability to translate complex technical concepts to all levels.
• Experience liaising with suppliers and cross-functional teams.

Responsabilidades

• Improve productivity and product quality by assessing processes and leading CI projects.
• Ensure safety/quality compliance with stakeholders and resolve issues.
• Lead NPI activities for new products and processes in manufacturing.
• Prepare and update SOPs and process documentation.
• Coordinate with PCBA suppliers and internal supply chain on testing equipment.
