Job summary

Neupulse is seeking an Electronics Technician to support the development of its wearable neurostimulation device. You will be at the bench assembling prototypes, preparing test equipment and keeping the lab orderly to ensure smooth progress of development work.

You’ll perform routine checks, maintenance and basic troubleshooting, assist calibration and setup of tests, and help investigate issues with returned devices.

Qualifications

• HNC, HND, diploma or equivalent in electronics or related field.
• Hands-on electronics skills including soldering, PCB rework, wiring and assembly.
• Experience using standard electronics lab equipment (multimeters, oscilloscopes, bench supplies).
• Experience preparing test fixtures or prototype assemblies in a development environment.
• Systematic fault-finding and good documentation habits.

Responsibilities

• Keep the electronics laboratory safe, organized and ready to use.
• Perform routine equipment checks, maintenance and basic troubleshooting.
• Build and rework prototype electronics for verification and validation.
• Prepare test setups, fixtures and carry out defined engineering tests.
• Disassemble and test returned devices, recording findings for engineers.
• Maintain accurate records for equipment, calibration and test results.
• Work in line with quality management for medical device development.
