Job summary

Alpine Racing Limited in Enstone seeks an Electronics Integration Student Placement. You will join the Electronics Integration team to design the mechanical installation of electronic systems for the F1 car, working with electronic designers and other design groups.

During the placement you’ll assist in mechanical integration of components and wiring harness installation, maintain documentation, and collaborate with trackside teams to ensure robust integration across the car.

Qualifications

• Currently studying a degree in Mechanical Engineering with strong understanding of first principles of Engineering and seeking an industry placement in your penultimate year of university
• Good experience using 3D CAD software (3DX is preferable) to design mechanical components
• First experience in a race team/motorsport environment during an internship or Formula Student
• Passion for motorsport and a proactive, hands-on mindset
• You must have the right to work in the UK, as we cannot provide sponsorship for this role
• Be available to attend onsite for an assessment centre in September
