This Electronics Engineering Manager position is based in Worthing, West Sussex. The role is permanent, with a competitive salary up to £80,000 depending on experience. There is a bonus scheme too.
As the Electronics Engineering Manager, you'll lead a team of electronics engineers responsible for delivering new product introductions (NPI) and sustaining engineering activities for high voltage power supplies. You'll oversee projects from concept through to production, ensuring products are delivered on time, to specification and with robust verification and validation. Working closely with the Chief Engineer, you'll provide day-to-day technical leadership, guide design decisions and support engineers through complex technical challenges while ensuring engineering best practice is followed throughout the development lifecycle.
You'll work closely with customers, commercial teams and manufacturing to translate product requirements into deliverable engineering solutions. You'll drive stage-gate reviews, resource planning, risk management and continuous improvement, while fostering a collaborative, high-performance engineering culture. Alongside leading the team, you'll contribute your technical expertise in analogue electronics, control systems and high voltage power supplies to ensure projects achieve the highest standards of quality, performance and reliability.
