Job summary

Kingdom Services Group in Worthing, West Sussex, seeks an Electronics Engineering Manager with a strong background in analogue electronics and product design. You will lead a team of electronics engineers delivering NPI and sustaining engineering for high voltage power supplies, from concept to production, ensuring delivery on time and to specification.

Qualifications

Proven experience leading an electronics design team.
Strong background in analogue electronics and high voltage power supply design.
Experience delivering NPI and sustaining engineering.
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
Proactive leadership with coaching and mentoring abilities.

Responsibilities

Lead a team of electronics engineers overseeing NPI and sustaining activities for HV power supplies.
From concept through to production, ensure on-time delivery and adherence to specs.
Collaborate with the Chief Engineer and cross-functional teams on technical decisions.
Drive stage-gate reviews, resource planning, risk management and continuous improvement.
Provide day-to-day technical leadership and promote engineering best practices.
