Job summary

Eaton is seeking a Production Operator to join its IS AER MSD division. You will work in a production team under a supervisor, performing mechanical and PCB assembly, wiring, and packing while ensuring quality and on-time delivery.

You will follow process notes, maintain an organized, ESD-controlled workspace, and participate in standard H&S practices. Some tasks may require training and supervision.

Qualifications

• Must have good attention to detail and dexterity.
• Experience in electronics and ESD controlled environments.
• Ability to follow production process notes accurately.

Responsibilities

• Carry out production tasks including mechanical assembly, PCB assembly, wiring and packing.
• Build products in accordance with customer drawings and production notes; complete documentation as directed.
• Keep the shop floor tidy and comply with ESD and health & safety procedures.
• Occasionally perform other tasks within certified capabilities or with training.
