Job summary

React Recruitment Ltd is seeking an Electromechanical Assembly Engineer to join a production team assembling high-quality units for marine, vehicle and off-grid sectors. You will be involved in both one-off assemblies and production line builds.

Role requires reading engineering drawings and wiring diagrams, using hand tools, soldering equipment and crimping tools, with a strong emphasis on detail and safety. Permanent, full-time position with up to £30,000 per annum.

Qualifications

• Experience in electromechanical or electrical assembly.
• Ability to read engineering drawings, wiring diagrams and technical documentation.
• Experience using hand tools, soldering equipment and crimping tools.
• Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to producing high‑quality work.
• A proactive attitude with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• A strong focus on health and safety.
• Applicants from backgrounds such as Lift Engineering, Electrical Assembly, Panel Wiring, Control Panel Build, Electrical Manufacturing or similar.
