Job summary

React Recruitment Ltd is seeking an Electromechanical Assembly Engineer to join the production team building high‑quality units for clients across the marine, vehicle and off‑grid sectors. You will work on both one‑off assemblies and production line builds.

This permanent, full‑time role in New Hythe/Larkfield offers a 40‑hour week with overtime paid time‑and‑a‑half after 40 hours; 25 days holiday plus bank holidays and long‑service days.

Qualifications

• Electromechanical or electrical assembly experience.
• Ability to read engineering drawings, wiring diagrams and technical documentation.
• Experience using hand tools, soldering equipment and crimping tools.
• Excellent attention to detail and commitment to high‑quality work.
• Proactive attitude with ability to work independently and in a team.
• Strong focus on health and safety.
• Applicants from Lift Engineering, Electrical Assembly, Panel Wiring, Control Panel Build, Electrical Manufacturing or similar.

Responsibilities

• Build one-off assemblies and production line builds for clients in marine, vehicle and off‑grid sectors.
• Read engineering drawings, wiring diagrams and technical documentation to correctly assemble components.
• Maintain high quality workmanship and ensure safety standards are followed.
