Job summary

React Recruitment Ltd is actively seeking an Electromechanical Assembly Engineer for a permanent full-time position near Maidstone, Kent. You will join a production team building high-quality units for marine, vehicle and off-grid sectors, handling both one-off assemblies and production line builds.

The role requires experience in electromechanical or electrical assembly, reading drawings and documentation, using hand tools, soldering and crimping, and a strong commitment to safety and quality.

Job description

Our client is seeking a skilled Electromechanical Assembly Engineer - permanent full-time.

Salary: Up to £30,000 pa (the salary will be dependent on skills and experience) paid monthly.

Location: Near Maidstone, Kent.

Hours: 40 hour standard week – 8/8.30am – 4.30/5pm, Monday to Friday.

Overtime: When required, paid at time and a half after 40 hours.

Benefits include: 25 days paid holiday per annum + Bank Holidays. Extra days after long service.

Role Overview

The role of Electromechanical Assembly Engineer is working as part of the production team building high quality units for clients across the marine, vehicle and off grid sectors. This will include work from one‑off assemblies to production line builds which will require a range of skills from the candidates who apply.
