Owen Daniels are supporting a leading engineering company and we are looking for an experienced Electro-Mechanical Fitter to join on a permanent basis, due to growth in the business. The role is based in Aberdeen with day shifts and a salary of £40,000 - £45,000 per annum plus benefits and overtime.

The ideal candidate will be qualified in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering and have hands-on experience with rotating equipment, fault finding, and the flexibility to travel for site-based and

Qualifications

• Qualified in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering, with City & Guilds, NVQ, Apprenticeship or similar.
• Background in electro-mechanical work and with rotating equipment.
• Skilled in fault finding and strong attention to detail.
• Flexible to travel for site-based and offshore work when required.

Responsibilities

• Assembling and taking apart low and high voltage rotating equipment.
• Inspecting, servicing, and repairing motors used in hazardous environments.
• Identify damage and wear on AC/DC motors and similar machinery.
• Ensure work meets quality and technical standards required for each job.
• Complete paperwork daily and weekly correctly.
