Job summary

MBDA is offering an Electro-Mechanical Engineering Level 6 Degree Apprenticeship in Bristol. The role includes a £23,000 salary plus a £3,000 joining bonus for a four-year program, with a final BEng (Hons) in Electro-Mechanical Engineering.

You will study for the degree while working on MBDA projects onsite and at the training provider. The programme starts September 2027 and includes travel reimbursements, annual pay reviews, and a comprehensive healthcare plan.

Qualifications

• GCSE Maths and English at required grades, plus three additional GCSEs including Science or Technology.
• Post-GCSE routes include A Levels (three with Maths and a Science/Engineering subject) or a Level 3 Engineering Diploma.
• Entry criteria may vary from university criteria and are defined by MBDA.

Responsibilities

• Complete a four-year apprenticeship combining college and MBDA site attendance.
• Attend Weston College AMTEC and UWE as required to achieve the degree.
• Gain hands-on EMC and Radiation Effects experience while contributing to MBDA projects.
• Participate in formal and informal training to support personal development.
