Qualifications

• Previous experience within a manufacturing or assembly environment.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.

• Ability to follow detailed instructions and work with minimal supervision.
• Basic understanding of Lean Manufacturing principles.

Responsibilities

• Follow all Environmental, Health & Safety (EHS) procedures and safe practices.
• Build, test, and repair products per manufacturing plans and quality standards.
• Carry out assembly, inspection, and testing using approved procedures and documentation.
• Ensure products meet quality standards and standard operating instructions.
• Work efficiently within defined manufacturing processes to meet production goals.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives and identify process improvements.
• Perform routine workstation maintenance and support 5S audits.
• Contribute to KPIs and broader manufacturing duties as needed.
• Collaborate with the wider manufacturing team.
