Job summary

ProTech Recruitment Ltd is seeking an experienced Electro-Mechanical Assembler to join a busy production team in Luton on a 4 months rolling contract. The role starts ASAP and offers competitive pay rates (£15.00 per hour PAYE / £20.00 per hour Ltd) with a dynamic manufacturing environment.

You will interpret engineering drawings, assemble components, perform wiring and cable assemblies, and use hand tools and soldering equipment to meet strict quality standards. IPC familiarity is advantageous.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in an electronics or electro-mechanical assembly environment.
• Strong soldering skills.
• Previous experience with wiring and cable assemblies.
• Familiarity with IPC standards or previous IPC training is highly advantageous.
• Competent in using hand tools, soldering equipment and general production tooling.
• Confident reading and interpreting technical drawings and circuit diagrams.
