Job summary

Proactive Global is seeking an experienced Electro-Mechanical Assembler to join a busy team on a long-term basis, working to precise specifications and assembling high-quality components and sub-assemblies within a production environment.

The role requires reading engineering drawings and wiring diagrams, performing soldering and cable work to a high standard, and using hand tools. IPC familiarity is a strong plus, with a commitment to quality.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in electronics or electro-mechanical assembly
• Strong soldering skills
• Experience with wiring and cable assemblies
• Familiarity with IPC standards or IPC training is highly advantageous
• Competence with hand tools, soldering equipment, and general production tooling
• Ability to read technical drawings and circuit diagrams

Skills & Experience Required

• Proven experience in an electronics or electro-mechanical assembly environment
• Strong soldering skills
• Experience with wiring and cable assemblies
• Familiarity with IPC standards or prior IPC training is highly advantageous
• Competence with hand tools, soldering equipment, and general production tooling
• Ability to confidently read technical drawings and circuit diagrams
