Job summary

GE Vernova is seeking an Automation & Controls Programme Manager to lead multi-disciplinary programs from concept to deployment in the Power Conversion team. You will own timelines, budgets, and resources, coordinating with Product Management, Sourcing, Manufacturing, and Sales to deliver value and drive revenue.

You will apply agile methods, manage risks, and ensure high-quality, scalable automation solutions across global teams while promoting continuous improvement and best practices.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience managing R&D programs in electrical/electronics/industrial control environments.
• Engineering degree and professional PM certification (PMP/Prince2) preferred.
• Cyber security practices or secure development lifecycles are a bonus.

Responsibilities

• Lead multi-disciplinary teams through full development lifecycle using agile methods.
• Manage requirements, software development, and quality control for seamless delivery.
• Own program timelines, budgets, and resource planning; mitigate risks.
