Opportunities are available for two Network Technicians based at our Lincoln depot.
You will be accountable to the Team Manager for the construction, maintenance, and repair of the underground and overhead network up to 66kV. Additionally, you will be responsible for programming and monitoring immediate work colleagues, switching up to 66kV, issuing appropriate safety documentation, and performing other tasks relevant to the Technician role.

*Please note that the successful candidate may initially be appointed at a lower salary until all relevant courses and training are completed.
You must be able to work independently as part of a small team and make on-the-spot decisions when required. Good communication skills, a flexible attitude, and the ability to cope under pressure and meet tight deadlines are essential. Additionally, you will need to train as an SAP and be mobile throughout the area to undertake standby duties as part of the team rota.
If not already attained, the successful candidate will be required to undertake a Level 3 City & Guilds 2339 qualification.

For operational reasons, the successful candidate must live within 30 miles of LN2 4JB.
