Zusammenfassung

Together Housing Group is seeking an experienced Electrician to join our Repairs & Maintenance team in the Blackburn area. You will perform a range of electrical repairs in tenanted and vacant properties, delivering a customer service quality driven service.

Working across Blackburn, Clitheroe, Rossendale and Pendle, you will be responsible for fault finding, compliance with BS7671, and ensuring work is completed safely and efficiently, with a focus on 'Right First Time' on every visit.

Qualifikationen

• Electrical qualification as above.
• BS7671:2018 knowledge and compliance.
• Experience in customer-facing electrical repairs.

Aufgaben

• Carry out electrical repairs to tenanted and vacant properties.
• Prioritize Right First Time with one-visit repairs where possible.
• Organise work to minimise downtime and re-allocate tasks as needed.
• Participate in standby or call-out rota.
• Diagnose faults and obtain approvals for more complex or costly repairs.
