Job summary

Together Housing Group is seeking an Electrician to join the Repairs & Maintenance team in the North of England. You will perform electrical repairs in tenanted and vacant properties, ensuring quality service and first-time fixes where possible.

The role covers Blackburn, Clitheroe, Rossendale and Pendle areas. Requires NVQ Level 3 Electrotechnical Installations, BS7671 knowledge and relevant City & Guilds qualifications, plus a UK driving licence.

Qualifications

• Candidates should have strong customer service skills.
• Ability to complete multiple repairs in one visit where possible.
• Work to high quality standards and safety procedures.

Responsibilities

• Carry out all types of electrical repairs to tenanted and vacant properties.
• Aim for Right First Time with one-visit resolutions where practicable.
• Organise workload, reallocate tasks as needed and adhere to schedule preferences.
• Participate in standby or call-out rota as required.
• Diagnose faults and obtain approvals for more costly/extended repairs.
• Maintain high workmanship standards and efficient use of time.
