Zusammenfassung

Together Housing Group is seeking an Electrician to join our Repairs & Maintenance team in the North of England. You will provide electrical repairs to tenanted and vacant properties with a customer‑service driven approach.

You will cover Blackburn, Clitheroe, Rossendale and Pendle, working to Building Regulations and our service standards, with a focus on Right First Time and safe workmanship. The role offers a stable career with a local government pension scheme and a company van.

Qualifikationen

• Electrical qualifications and eligibility to install and test electrical systems.
• Knowledge of BS7671:2018 requirements for Electrical Installations.
• Inspection, Testing & Certification qualifications required (City & Guilds 2391/2394/2395).
• Full UK Manual driving licence held.
• Experience in customer service environment.
• Experience maximising number of jobs completed and repairs in one visit.

Aufgaben

• Carry out all types of Electrical repairs to tenanted and vacant properties in accordance with job tickets and standards.
• Aim to complete repairs in one visit with high workmanship and safety.
• Organise work to minimise downtime and proactively reallocate workloads.
• Participate in standby or call-out rota as required.
• Diagnose faults and obtain approvals for more expensive jobs as needed.
• Work to service standards and safety procedures within a team.

NVQ Level 3 Electrotechnical Install

2391/2394/2395 qualifications

UK manual driving licence
