Job summary

Bridges is seeking highly skilled Industrial Electricians for field-based work across the UK. You must have an ECS Gold Card, a full UK driving licence, and proven fault-finding experience on 3-phase machinery and control systems.

Roles are based from home with travel and site work; a company van is provided and travel time is paid. This is a client-facing role requiring excellent interpersonal skills and a commitment to safety.

Qualifications

• Must hold ECS Gold Card and be able to travel to sites across the UK.
• Proven fault finding on 3-phase machinery and control systems.
• Full UK driving licence is essential.

Responsibilities

• Drive to job locations and set up at site.
• Carry out project installation and infrastructure maintenance.
• Perform inspection, testing and fault diagnosis.
• Rectify faults on control panels and telemetry equipment.

Role Description:

Bridges CSMB are looking for quality electrical engineers

We are seeking highly skilled and experienced Industrial Electricians to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate with have ECS Gold card, a valid driving licence, and proven experience in fault finding on 3-phase machinery and control systems. These roles offer the flexibility of being based from home with the expectation to travel and work away at times. As this is a client-facing role the candidate must posses excellent interpersonal skills.

The Role:

Contracted to 40hrs per week Monday to Friday. Paid hourly with overtime paid.

These are Field-based roles. You will be paid travel time door to door. Ideally based within the M4 Corridor.

Company Van provided.

Primary duties will include:

• Driving to the job location
• Project instillation
• Infrastructure maintenance
• Inspection and testing
• Fault Diagnosis and rectification

Essential:

• ECS Gold Card (essential)
• City & Guilds 2391 or 2394/5 (essential)
• NVQ Level 3 or equivalent in electrical installation (essential)
• Full UK driving license (essential).
• Experience with ultrasonic level controllers (Siemens / Vega).
• Experience with telemetry outstations.
• Experience with fault finding control panels, pump starters, level controllers, telemetry.
  Basic mechanical experience.

Desirable:

• PASMA / IPAF
• EUSR Water Hygiene
• Thames Water Passport.
