Job summary

Bridges CSMB are looking for quality electrical engineers. These are field-based roles based from home with travel; you’ll be paid hourly with overtime and a company van provided.

Primary duties include driving to locations, project installation, maintenance, inspection and testing, with fault diagnosis and rectification. Essential requirements include an ECS Gold card, full UK driving licence, experience with 3-phase motors and control systems, and the ability to read electrical drawings.

Role Description:

Bridges CSMB are looking for quality electrical engineers

We are seeking highly skilled and experienced Industrial Electricians to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate with have ECS Gold card, a valid driving licence, and proven experience in fault finding on 3-phase machinery and control systems. These roles offer the flexibility of being based from home with the expectation to travel and work away at times. As this is a client-facing role the candidate must posses excellent interpersonal skills.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone looking for an employer that promotes the advancement of their engineers' careers. A business that will give you all the training required to be able to fulfil your tasks.

The Role:

Contracted to 40hrs per week Monday to Friday. Paid hourly with overtime paid.

These are Field-based roles. You will be paid travel time door to door. Ideally based within the M4 Corridor.

Company Van provided.

• Project instillation
• Infrastructure maintenance
• Inspection and testing
• Fault Diagnosis and rectification

• Electrical Safety and management systems (ESMS)
• Design and delivery of a diverse range of products include:
• Automatic road barrier installs
• Traffic management design and install
• Design and Instillation of site power infrastructure
• Install site equipment eg. field conveyors, stone crushers, belt weighers etc...
• Control panel build and modification

Requirements

Essential

• ECS gold card
• Fitness to work medical
• Full UK driving Licence
• Experience with 3 phase motors and control systems
• Ability to read electrical drawings

Desirable

• Test and Inspect
• PASMA/IPAF
• Industrial and/or panel wiring experience
