SUMMARY OF ROLE
This role is based at our Portsmouth office, working on the Portsmouth City Council term maintenance contract, servicing over 8,000 social housing homes and 718 council buildings. You will join a maintenance team of over 150 staff experienced in delivering this contract for over 12 years.
You will work across various properties including Social Housing, Schools, Public Conveniences, Offices, Heritage sites, and Museums. You are expected to use your skills, knowledge, and training to ensure high-quality workmanship, safety, and compliance with company processes and procedures.
