Our client is seeking a qualified Electrician for a 3–6-month contract in the Portsmouth area, paying £25 per hour.

Must have: extensive experience in the domestic sector, 18th Edition, 2391, NVQ Level 3, and AM2 qualification. The role primarily involves testing and inspecting skills, carrying out EICRs, and performing all aspects of electrical work including first and second fix, re-wires, void work, and reactive maintenance within Portsmouth, Havant, and Waterlooville.

Must have own tools and van (unbranded).

Required Qualifications

• 2391 Testing & Inspection or equivalent (must)
• 18th Edition Electrical Regulations
• NVQ Level 3 in electrical installation or equivalent
• Full current clean driving license
• DBS check before starting
• AM2 Qualification

Skills Required

• Good interpersonal skills, dealing with tenants and clients
• 2-5 years of domestic experience
• Strong approach to health and safety
• Availability to work 40 hours per week, with potential for longer hours for the right candidate
