Bromford Flagship LiveWest is seeking an Electrician to perform planned maintenance, repairs, and installations across domestic and commercial properties. You will fault-find and fix electrical and related systems, ensuring safety and compliance while delivering quality service.

The role offers strong work‑life balance, with out-of-hours pay, a company van and tools provided, and comprehensive benefits. Prior 18th Edition knowledge and relevant qualifications are essential.

Qualifications

• 18th Edition wiring regulations or equivalent time served.
• City & Guilds Electrical Test and Inspection Certificate.
• NVQ Level 3 or equivalent electrical qualification.
• AM2 qualification preferred but not essential.
• Proficiency with IT systems such as Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Basic DBS check (arranged by BFL).

Responsabilités

• Carrying out planned preventative maintenance (PPM), repairs, and installations across domestic and commercial properties.
• Maintaining and fault-finding on electrical and mechanical systems, including boiler controls, pumps, communal lighting, hot water systems, and HVAC units.
• Completing rewiring, testing, and inspections to ensure systems are safe and compliant.
• Diagnosing issues quickly and delivering high-quality, efficient repairs.
• Managing materials, recording work accurately, and working safely in line with regulations.
• Providing excellent customer service and ensuring homes are safe and fit for purpose.
