Job summary

Ernest Gordon Recruitment is recruiting an Electrician (Industrial) for a field-based role across Scotland, primarily on-site with some workshop work. You will install, service, test and commission instrumentation equipment in industrial sites, holding a JIB Gold Card and a full UK driving license.

The position offers a Monday-Thursday 8:00–4:30 with a Friday finish at 1:00, overnight stays, a company van, progression opportunities and a range of company benefits within the water/industrial

Qualifications

• Gold Card holder required.
• Background in Commercial/Industrial work.
• Full UK driving license required.

Responsibilities

Are you an Electrician or similar who has a Gold Card, with a Commercial or Industrial background, looking to join a well-established company, who give you the opportunity to work on a variety of interesting equipment, well-known clients in large industries and give you a range of company benefits?

In this varied role, you will be responsible for the installation, servicing, testing and commissioning of electrical instrumentation equipment on industrial sites across Scotland. This role is predominantly field-based with occasional workshop based projects. This is a Monday to Friday position, with a half day on a Friday and no weekends required, you will be required to do overnight stays.

This role would suit an Electrician with a Gold Card, looking for an industrial role with a long-standing company who promote training, progression and give a range of benefits including company vehicle, paid travel and opportunity to work on big contracts.
