Job summary

AWD online is seeking an Electrician to join a growing facilities management operation across sites in North West England. You will perform planned maintenance, reactive repairs, installation, testing and RAMS, working to high safety standards.

The role requires AM2, 18th Edition and solid commercial electrical experience, with a full UK driving licence and a commitment to training and development. A company van and other benefits are provided.

Qualifications

Substantial, relevant experience in a commercial environment.
Fully qualified with AM2.
Valid UK driving licence.
Confident completing PPM paperwork, inspection sheets and RAMS.
Able to work routinely in health and safety requirements.
Excellent attention to detail and strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

Electrical Installation and Testing: Install electrical systems and conduct testing/inspection of existing installations.
PPM and Remedial Maintenance: Perform planned preventative maintenance and remedial work.
Reactive Electrical Repairs: Respond to reactive calls and complete repairs within capability.
Standards and Deadlines: Deliver work to required standards and deadlines.
Safe Working and Procedures: Follow safety practices and participate in required training.
Documentation and Records: Complete PPM paperwork, inspection sheets, RAMS and other records.
Team Support: Share knowledge and support colleagues, including toolbox talks.
Related Building Systems: Support operation, maintenance and repair of building systems within capability.
